Shipping Policy

We want your Lumive mask to reach you as quickly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Options — United States

  • Standard Shipping (Free): 3–5 business days. All orders qualify for free standard shipping with no minimum.
  • Express Shipping ($14.99): 1–2 business days. Available at checkout.

All US orders ship from our warehouse in the continental United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you have not received a tracking email within 48 hours of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement at no charge.
