We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If for any reason you are not satisfied — whether it is the results, the fit, or anything else — you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return shipping label (US orders).
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at any USPS location.
- Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 3–5 business days after we confirm receipt of the return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement immediately at no charge — no need to return the original.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items that show signs of misuse or damage caused by the customer.
- Digital products such as PDF guides.
